Goldlein flour, linseed and sunflower seeds give the bread its balanced taste. A good basic bread - for an always new taste experience simply add nuts, onions, peppers, herbs or whatever you like.
AdamsBrot "helles" is one of the most carbohydrate-reduced bread baking mixes on the market.
Tip: Add 230 ml of warm water to the baking mix, mix with a tablespoon and knead by hand until the dough becomes slightly sticky, do not add any additional water, moisten your hands with water and form a loaf, place on the baking tray and let rise in the oven at 50°C for about 45 minutes, place a cup of warm water next to it. Then remove the cup from the oven and set the oven to 160°C (convection oven). Bake the bread for about 40 minutes. Clean the bowl first with warm water and your hand, then with a sponge, this is done quickly. Any dough residue can easily be picked off the sponge.

Our low-carb*, pizza dough baking mix with yeast and no egg, with a whole 38g of high quality protein and only 2.7g of carbohydrates - as always, soya free.
Many still remember our first Pizza Adamo baking mix, before we developed it further gluten-free.
With the Pizza Baking Mix Avanti, we are reviving the "old" Pizza Adamo baking mix, optimised in taste, consistency and nutritional values.
The yeast required is already mixed into the Pizza Avanti baking mix.
Wheat protein paired with milk protein and organic golden linseed flour result in a high biological value, i.e. they complement each other to form a good amino acid profile.
The bamboo and psyllium fibres contained promote digestion and have a positive effect on intestinal function.
Using our Adams Basic bamboo fibre as a rolling aid, it is very easy and quick to make a delicious pizza. Simply spread some bamboo fibre on the work surface, mix the Adams Pizza Avanti dough according to the instructions, knead briefly and roll out with a dough roller to a diameter of approx. 30 - 35 cm. In between, rub some bamboo fibre onto the dough so that it does not stick to the work surface or the dough roller. Excess bamboo fibre can simply be wiped off the dough by hand. Dust a baking tray with bamboo fibre or line with baking paper and leave the rolled-out pizza dough to rise for about 20 minutes. Then top as desired and bake at 180° C for about 15 minutes. Since the bamboo fibre consists of 98 % dietary fibre and contains hardly any protein, adhering fibre does not turn brown during baking and remains neutral in taste.

Although we don't add any sugar, our cake has a slight sweetness.
In 100g of ready-baked cake, 20.6g of high quality protein meets just 1.6g of carbohydrates, only 1.2g of fat with only 123kcal.
One Adams Cake basic cake mix yields approx. 340 g of cake or muffins.
Since quality is very important to us and we place great value on natural ingredients, we use high-quality organic coconut flour, almond flour and whey protein.
What's more, our basic cake mix is gluten-free.
Like all AdamsBrot products, it is made without soy.
The basic cake mix provides a good basis for your own creations, for example, simply add nuts, vegetable oil, some cocoa powder and possibly a banana for a delicious, moist low carb cake or muffin.
Many of our customers also use the basic cake mix without any other ingredients, except for 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil, to make it juicier.

Directions for use
For cake base: Mix the cake mix with 250 ml water. If necessary, add two tablespoons of cooking oil to make the cake base a little airier. Then spread the mixture in a cake tin (23 cm) and bake for approx. 25 minutes at 170 °C (fan-assisted).
For muffins/brownies: Add an additional teaspoon of cocoa powder and two tablespoons of vegetable oil to the batter, use 260 ml water and sweeten a little more if required.

For a long time we mixed, tasted, discarded and mixed again, tasted, discarded in our test kitchen to bring the tastiest, gluten-free low carb pancake / waffle baking mix to the market for you.
We wanted - as always - low carbs, high quality protein and of course a super delicious taste.
The best ingredients such as organic coconut flour, organic sunflower protein, milk protein, egg protein and citrus fibre with its soluble and insoluble dietary fibres, result in a nutritionally high-quality amino acid balance, i.e. the proteins complement each other to a high biological value.
